This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information about you when you use the Incentivit website located at (“Site”) and other Incentivit services (“Services”). Incentivit’s Services include online tools (“widgets”) and other features for Merchants to simplify and analyze their referral programs. Below, we describe how we treat the information we receive from Merchants and End Users.

Information we collect

Merchant Profile Information

During registration you are asked to provide certain personal data. During registration you are asked to provide certain personal data, such as your real name, e-mail, address information, phone, industry, and other information about yourself or your business such as your ip address. This data will not be provided to third parties unless you have explicitly granted permission to do so, or such provision is necessary to provide services to you or is required by law.

When you purchase our Services, Incentivit utilizes a third party payment processor that collects your credit card information and other billing information solely to process payments on Incentivit’s behalf.

End User Information

If you use any Incentivit widgets or other Incentivit Services as an End User, we will collect: (1) your e-mail address, your name and you may have to provide your phone, your DOB, you ip address when referral program is configured to ask for it and (2) any other personal information you submit on a Incentivit widget (such as your friend’s name and e-mail address) if the referral program is configured to support this, (3) any information that we receive from social media platforms (Facebook and Google) when you choose to use them to connect such as your name and e-mail.

We will also collect End User Information when Merchants provide it to us. The End User Information provided by Merchants can include, for example, your name and email to allow Incentivit to create either an ambassador or referral account.

How We Use Your Information

Merchant Profile Information

We use Merchant Information to provide and improve our Site and Services, to facilitate billing and payment, to authenticate a Merchant’s identity, to contact Merchants about their accounts and for internal reporting and planning. We also use this information to provide Merchants with useful advertising and offers. Merchants can opt out of receiving commercial emails from us by clicking on the opt-out link in the emails that are sent by Incentivit.

End User Information

We use End User Information to operate the Services we provide to Merchants.

We share End User Information with the Merchant on whose website, applications, and systems the End User Information was entered or who otherwise facilitated the End User’s use of our Services, and not with other Merchants. Incentivit does not share or sell End User Information to any other non-affiliated organizations for those third parties’ marketing purposes. If an End User provides any information to the Merchant either directly or by submitting the information through Incentivit’s Services, the information will be subject to the Merchant’s privacy notice; Incentivit has no control over what a Merchant does with such information. Merchants can use and share End User Information for Merchants’ own purposes, including to market to End Users.

Where your information is stored

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers outside your country. We may process and store information in the United States, and your use of our Services constitutes your consent to and understanding of this processing and data storing.


We use cookies on the website and in the widget. Cookies are small text files that your browser leaves on your hard drive to recognize you as a repeat user of our website or the widget, to track your use of our platform to remember configuration options. We use cookies to track referrals so disabling cookie may prevent our system to track referrals properly.

You can refuse to accept cookies but this may negatively affect the performance of the service and its features.

If you request it, we will provide you this information within 30 days of the request, unless doing so would undesirably affect the rights and freedoms of others. We will let you know if we are unable to do so because of that reason.

Right to correct inaccurate personal data

You are able to change personal data (like name, contact information) in your Incentivit admin account. If you want us to correct any other personal data that you aren’t able to correct yourself, you can request it through our contact page ( with a request to do so.

Right to be forgotten

You can ask us to delete any personal data that we have about you, as long as it is no longer needed for us to use that data for purposes of your use of Incentivit.

Information About Children

Incentivit is not intended for or targeted at persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect information about children under 16. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 16, please contact us through our contact page (, and we will delete such information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by means of a notice on our website and on Facebook. By continuing to use the services on our Website after notice of changes have been published on the Website, you are consenting to the changes.
